Overview

After acquiring a new Sage package, you may need guidance configuring it in Alma. This process applies to many Sage products, including Journals, Reference and Books, Methods, Skills, Video, and Data.

Where can I match up my Sage packages with Alma Electronic Collection IDs?

• You can find all Sage's collection IDs on the Alma Community Zone page with the latest collection list. Ex Libris updates this list monthly.
• To help ensure an accurate match, please refer to your Sage welcome letter for the precise name of your new collection, then check it against the Community Zone list.

What if I can't find the package on the Alma Community Zone list?

• Please raise a ticket with Ex Libris for further assistance. It may also help to post a request in the Ex Libris Idea Exchange suggesting they prioritize the package in question.
